Liberty Walk’s widebody kits and Brixton Forged wheels can easily turn heads on their own, but together they can grab all the attention. This Liberty Walk Nissan GT-R with Brixton Forged R25 Monaco Series wheels built by NextMod and MS Autobody, and sponsored by Pirelli for SEMA in November is easily a show stopper.
This Nissan GT-R began as a standard Godzilla in Pennsylvania that was shipped up to Ontario Canada, where NextMod and MS Autobody began to work on the super car. The two companies installed a full Liberty Walk widebody kit with flared fenders, new bumper, spoilers, and more to instantly give it presence. The team then installed a range of Mine’s, HKS, and Top Secret performance upgrades to the engine, suspension, and other areas to pump up the performance. A full Akrapovic Valvetronic lightweight titanium exhaust was also added to let Godzilla roar.
While the Nissan GT-R was being built by NextMod and MS Autobody, Brixton Forged began work on installing a new set of forged wheels. After being given total freedom on the fitment by the owner, Brixton Forged worked with NextMod and MS Autobody to create a comprehensive and stunning wheel fitment that would steal the show at SEMA.
The Brixton Forged team opted to go back to the classic R25 Monaco Series wheel set in a bold 21-inch diameter as opposed to the more traditional 20-inch setup. After all, this Liberty Walk Nissan GT-R already had quite a commanding presence.
The GT-R was outfitted with the R25 Monaco Series five twin-spoke modular three-piece wheels with a concave profile and reverse flat-lip rim halves. The complex wheels measure a staggered 12.0 x 21 up front and 13.5 x 21 rear setup with 120-grit brushed Smoke Black discs and high-luster polished Carbon Bronze outer lips.
