ATT-TEC, the German tuning company, has just unveiled their new E93 tuning program for the drop-top BMW M3 that turns the convertible into a stylish, supercharged machine. The upgrade program blends a sinister black style with tire-shredding power, giving the convertible an unmistakable presence on both the boulevard and the race track.
In terms of style, the entire exterior was given a special two-color wrap. The colors of choice for the E93 tuning program were matte black as the basis for the body, while the hood and side mirrors were given a carbon-look appearance, and the lighting was given a black tint finish.
The next step for ATT-TEC with their E93 tuning program was the chassis. The stock suspension was replaced with Inox Line III Variant coilovers for a lower ride height and more dynamic handling. The original wheels were removed and new ADV.1 5.1 five-spoke concave wheels were installed with a matte black finish in an 8.5 x 20 front and 11 x 20 rear fitment. For better grip, new Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires in 245/30 R20 and 295/20 R20 sizes were installed by ATT-TEC.
For the 4.0-liter V-8 engine, ATT-TEC decided to use G-Power for a supercharger system that could reliably increase power. The E93 tuning program from G-Power and ATT-TEC includes a new compressor kit and ECU tune, and a stainless steel exhaust system with dual 90-mm tailpipes. The upgrades are good for an extra 100 ponies, moving output to 520 horsepower.
The matte black, supercharged E93 tuning program is currently available from ATT-TEC for the BMW M3 convertible for €26,573.00. The supercharger from G-Power is available for €11,430.00 and can be installed for €1,310.00. The carbon wrapping foil is priced at €2,600.00.
