We were incredibly excited and happy when Chrysler brought back the Viper under the SRT brand. The new car is an iconic American super car that has quite a storied history of racing success. The company is hoping to continue that success later this season in the American Le Mans Series in the GT Class against the likes of Porsche, BMW, Corvette, Ferrari and others with the new SRT Viper GTS-R.
But before it starts to compete for the checkered flag, the new super car must undergo quite a bit of testing. Luckily the folks at SRT were able to put us behind the wheel of the SRT Viper GTS-R during its track testing. Make sure to turn up the volume to hear the roar of the mighty V-10!
