Making the Italian sports car quicker on its feet.
wheelsandmore has unveiled their newest upgrade program for the Masterati GranTurismo coupe and convertible series that gives the Italian sports car quicker feet with more power and new lightweight forged wheels. The upgrade program may not be the same high-horsepower, complete transformation of the GranTurismo, but it does improve the overall driving experience and style of the sports car.
The entire range of V-8 engines in the GranTurismo lineup can be given a healthy dose of power with new wheelsandmore upgrades. The German tuning company offers a handmade stainless steel exhaust system with remote-controlled valve flaps that reduces backpressure and provides a seductive exhaust note, improving upon the already sexy-sounding stock Maserati V-8 soundtrack. The ECU is also upgraded with the use of new software and increases output by 30 horsepower and 30 lb-ft. of torque for all of the V-8 engine variants.
But the engine isn’t the only thing that screams “Pronto!” on the new wheelsandmore Maserati GranTurismo. The German tuner upgraded the wheels and suspension to create a more dynamic ride with a touch of style. The standard wheels were replaced with in-house 6Sporz² three-piece ultralight forged wheels. The six-spoke wheels are installed in a wide 9.0 x 21 front and 12.5 x 21 rear setup and fitted with 255/30/21 and 355/25/21 Pirelli PZero Nero performance tires for added grip. The complement to the upgraded fitment is a rebound adjustable coilover suspension that can also be fitted on any model with the factory Skyhook suspension system.
All of the upgrades in the wheelsandmore Pronto upgrade program are available for both the coupe and convertible variants of the Maserati GranTurismo model line. The suspension comes standard with a five-year limited warranty.
