Nothing but pure racing sound and hillclimb glory.
We never grow tired of Group B racers, especially the Audi S1. The 800 horsepower Audi was an all-star in Group B racing and put Audi on the map with its turbo-five and Quattro all-wheel drive.
Prospeed, the Bulgarian tuning company, built a replica Audi S1 Group B racecar from a standard Audi Coupe. The Coupe was fitted with all of the widebody, turbo-five motorsports goodies by Prospeed, making it identical to the original S1.
At the 2012 Kyustendil Hillclimb, Nikolay Zlatkov raced the Prospeed replica up the hill as it sung a beautiful song of screeching tires, a whistling turbo, and five-cylinder scream. There’s no music here, just a mechanical symphony.
