Taking to the streets of NYC.
In June of 2013, Formula One racing will be coming to the United States for the Grand Prix of America through the streets of West New York and Weehawken, New Jersey. To kick things off, Red Bull Racing took to the streets of Jersey and New York City with their RB7 2011 Championship car.
Driven by David Coulthard, the RB7 went on a sightseeing tour of NYC and the surrounding areas. It sang the U.S. National Anthem at Liberty State Park, echoed its mesmerizing engine sounds in the Lincoln Tunnel, and left some rubber on the streets of West New York and Weehawken, NJ, becoming the first F1 car to do so.
June, 2013 can’t come soon enough…
