A new pair of crossed flags.
One of the most iconic American sports cars has been redesigned and reengineered, and will be unveiled on January 13th, 2013. We can’t wait, and it should reignite the rivalry between the Corvette and the Viper as well as taking it to many other high-end super cars and exotics from around the world.
Unfortunately we have to wait for January 13th, 2013 to come around before we can finally see the new C7 Corvette. What we do know is that it will have the classic rear-wheel drive V-8 drivetrain and feature a new 5.5-liter engine that outmuscles the current 6.2-liter LS3 engine used in the current Corvette.
This is the first in a series of teaser videos that Chevrolet will be releasing to the public before its official unveiling. The company has also shown off its new “crossed flags” logo that will be worn by the new Corvette.
