The new BMW F01 7 Series is the top model in the BMW lineup, offering luxurious accommodations with a hint of sport. The Swiss branch of Mansory specializes in BMW models and has developed a tuning program for both the 750i and 760Li models with more power, exclusive styling, and a sporty character.
New engine upgrades for both the twin-turbocharged V-8 of the 750i and twin-turbocharged V-12 of the 760Li have been developed by Mansory to give the 7 Series even more power. Both models see the addition of a sports exhaust system with stainless steel mufflers to reduce backpressure. Mansory has fitted the two engines with new sport air filters and retuned each ECU for even more power. For the 750i, the output is pushed to 483 horsepower and 531 lb-ft. of torque, while the 760Li stands at 630 horsepower and 678 lb-ft. of torque after the tuning. The increased power in the 760Li enables it to accelerate to 62 mph in 4.2 seconds; 0.4 seconds quicker than stock.
The added power also necessitated looks to back it up. The new aerodynamic set was designed by Mansory to give the 7 Series an imposing figure and improve high-speed stability. At the front is a new bumper with carbon fiber grille and integrated LED daytime running lights. Air is channeled alongside the sedan by new side skirts. The rear is equally as confident as the front, with a new carbon fiber rear roof spoiler, lip, and diffuser-look apron with integrated rectangular exhaust pipes. Rounding out the exterior are new 22-inch one-piece wheels fitted with 265/35 front and 295/30 rear high-performance tires.
The interior is where Mansory really shines. A wide array of custom-tailored options can be fitted by Mansory in any color or combination. Anything from walnut trim to handcrafted leather is available. If you so desire Mansory will even outfit the 7 Series with personalized floor mats. A sports steering wheel is also available that offers better control while still retaining the stock electronic features.
The Mansory BMW 7 Series tuning program is currently available. Mansory offers the package as a separate unit from the car. Pricing has not been released.
