Two performance bargains go head-to-head.
The Nissan GT-R and Chevrolet Corvette Z06 may cost a pretty penny, but are relatively affordable compared to other fast super cars in the automotive world. The two have been compared to each other before and in doing so, created a little rivalry.
At the Unlimited 500+ mile-long drag races, the two squared off. In one corner was a “Stage 2” Chevrolet Corvette, while a “Stage 2” Nissan GT-R R35 was in the other. Both cars were in the 550 horsepower class and as the green light flashed, powered away in a 1,000 horsepower duel.
Although one car gets off to a quick start, it ends in a photo finish.
