Giving back to the community.
Instead of showing off the latest custom-tailored vehicle this week, A Kahn Design is focusing on something a bit more important: the community. The success of the British company is something that founder, Afzal Kahn, believes should be used to help local and national issues.
A Kahn Design values the people and community that it is a part of and is looking to aid charities to help those in need. Besides their vehicles, one of the more popular assets that the company possesses is its wide range of special number plates. So, A Kahn Design will be offering seven number plates for auction with the proceeds going to a variety of charities.
The number plates set to be auctioned are:
IIII T
S50 CER
EXO 77IC
60 UXL
700 TCX
330 XJA
300 WJX
Each number plate is held on retention certificates and will add a special touch to any vehicle.
A Kahn Design is currently asking charities that are interested in receiving funds from the auction to submit an expression of interest that includes how they will use the proceeds for their organization to benefit the community beyond 2014.
Charities that are interested can contact A Kahn Design and submit their expressions of interest to Rebecca George via: Rebecca@kahndesign.com.
And no, the iconic “F1” number plate of Afzal Kahn will not be auctioned.
