“Perfect Fit”
Audi has dominated the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 2000. This year, Audi was able to capture the overall victory with their Audi R18 e-tron Quattro. In the last 14 years, an Audi has won the endurance race an astonishing 12 times. The technology used to take the checkered flag and the experience gained here has trickled down into their production cars, one of them being the new RS 6 Avant.
In their newest television commercial, Audi showcases this transfer of technology from racing to the road by showing everyday people driving the new Audi R18 e-tron Quattro and going about their daily activities. Dogs, kids, and more all hop into the car with joy, and then it transforms into the new Audi RS 6 Avant.
The RS 6 Avant is quite the all-around performance car, offering a good deal of space and capability along with a 560 horsepower 4.0 TFSI engine that launches the car to 62 mph in just 3.9 seconds.
Even with all that, we’d still like to take an Audi R18 e-tron Quattro out for one day.
