Art and the automobile.
In the automotive industry, you’ll often hear automakers boasting about their craftsmanship, quality, and beautiful design. While this may be true based on their standards, the ones that set themselves apart do so blaze a new path using innovative techniques to create masterful works of art.
The Bugatti Veyron L’Or Blanc is an example of pure automotive artwork, beauty, and style, just as Ettore Bugatti believed in the synthesis of artwork and the automobile; an idea that still is held at Bugatti today. The Bugatti Veyron L’Or Blanc is an example of the bond between art and the automobile as it uses fine handcrafted porcelain as an avenue to create a masterful piece of artwork unlike anything before it.
Bugatti worked alongside Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin to design and develop porcelain pieces for the Veyron that act as jewelry for the famed super car. Numerous obstacles were taken into account such as crash testing and shrinkage, and were overcome to result in a piece of automotive design that is nothing short of pure beauty.
