Sharpening the German’s skills.
The team at Carbonfiber Dynamics has been honing their craft with fabricating lightweight, performance- and visually-enhancing products made from lightweight carbon or carbon fiber since 2010. Audi, BMW, Porsche, Volkswagen, and other makes have been benefitted from their aftermarket parts, the latest of which is a 2010 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG that’s set to debut at the Essen Motor Show.
Carbonfiber Dynamics designed a full carbon fiber aerodynamic and styling kit for the C63 AMG, much of which was inspired by the hardcore Black Series variant. The V-8 sports car was given a new front lip, side mirror caps, side sills, diffuser, and rear apron and wings. The hood was also replaced with a carbon-Kevlar unit modelled after the Black Series that sheds 15.4 lbs.
With the more confident and forceful appearance, Carbonfiber Dynamics then partnered with BBS and Bilstein to make the C63 AMG more of a scalpel through the curves. The factory wheel and tire setup was replaced with new 19-inch BBS wheels shod in Toyo tires for better grip. A full Bilstein B16 PSS10 chassis was also added to optimize the ride height and sharpen up handling.
The final part of the upgrade program for the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG was a full Avus Blue wrap installed by Drive and Style.
The new Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG upgraded by Carbonfiber Dynamics will be shown at the Essen Motor Show in Hall 2, Stand E216.
