Doing a complete 180.
One of the biggest criticisms for the C6 Corvettes was its awful interior. It had low-quality materials, poor build quality, and didn’t have the greatest design. It was pretty clear that Chevrolet dipped into the GM parts bin for a couple of components and it made things rather disappointing.
But that’s all in the past now with the new 2014 C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The design and manufacturing departments teamed up to create a new interior that conveys a sense of quality and craftsmanship. High-quality materials such as carbon fiber and hand-stitched leather are featured throughout the cabin and everything is laid out in a driver-centric, ergonomic fashion. Every aspect of the previous-generation model’s interior was evaluated and improved upon to ensure that it rivals class competitors.
