The Rolls Royce Ghost is in the upper echelon of luxury motoring. It may not have the same stately manner and appearance as the Phantom or the Wraith, but it’s definitely in the one-percent in the automotive world. This select one-percent can be a bit monotonous when many peers in wealthier sections of cities around the world have the same automobile, even if it is a Rolls Royce. The name “Imperatore” was chosen because it means emperor in Italian, and the Rolls Royce Ghost is clearly suited for the likes of royalty, especially after the custom-tailored upgrades from DMC. The European company’s goal was to differentiate the luxury sedan without being too ostentatious.
The DMC Rolls Royce Imperatore was first given a new front fascia trim that subtly changes the look of the luxury sedan. Along each side are understated skirts that visually lower the overall ride height of the car. The rear is where the most noticeable upgrades were used as the European tuner gave the Rolls Royce a new trunk spoiler for extra downforce, along with a diffuser and other trim pieces.
As a part of the exterior transformation, the DMC Imperatore Rolls Royce Ghost can be outfitted with new 22-inch diamond forged wheels wearing Pirelli tires.
The DMC Exotic Car Tuning team didn’t stop there with the Imperatore. The Rolls Royce Ghost needed to have the additional power to support its stately looks, so the team designed a new ECU software tune and a full high-performance exhaust system. The two modifications help push output up to a whopping 640 PS (631 hp) and 634 lb-ft. of torque, launching the luxury sedan to 62 mph in a mere 4.5 seconds and 183 mph top speed.
