The Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG is a special vehicle. Its twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V-8 engine, sport-tuned suspension, and aggressive styling make it one of the premier sports sedans on the market. In S-Model form, the E 63 AMG is even more potent, but this sports sedan may just be perfect when it’s fitted with a set of Vorsteiner Sport Challenge Forged VSC-101 wheels.
The 5.5-liter, twin-turbocharged V-8 engine has a higher output and peaks at 585 horsepower and 590 lb-ft. of torque, thanks to some simple modifications and a total of 1.0 BAR (14.5 PSI) of boost pressure. That’s good enough to send the all-wheel drive E 63 AMG S-Model 4Matic to 62 mph in just 3.6 seconds, leaving much of its competition in the dust.
That’s a lot of power to bestow upon a set of wheels, but the Vorsteiner VSC-101 forged wheels were up for the challenge. The Sport Challenge Forged VSC-101 monoblock wheels were installed in a staggered 8.5 J x 20 front and 10.0 J x 20 rear setup to exude confidence. To match the dark, sinister color of the Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG S-Model, each of the VSC-101 forged wheels were coated in a Gloss Brushed Shadow finish before being wrapped with 255/30/20 front and 295/25/20 rear Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires that get all sorts of grip.
