That’s not how you go about buying a Ferrari.
Before you buy any car, it’s always a good idea to take it for a test drive. That’s exactly what these three guys did with a brand new Ferrari California T in Maranello.
The three strapped a camera to the back of the turbocharged drop-top and set out for some fast driving on public roads. The passengers pointed out directions and the driver smashed that throttle every chance he got.
But that’s not always the smart thing to do on busy streets with a 552-horsepower, twin-turbocharged V-8 engine sitting beneath the hood. After one of the bros directs the driver to take a left onto a side street, the driver gives the supercar too much throttle, loses control and smacks a wall, thus ruining the California T.
We’re glad that we weren’t the ones who had to make that phone call to Ferrari.
“Uhh, yeah, uhhh we didn’t notice when we drove the car off the lot, bro but there was a pretty big scratch on the front bumper that was there before we started driving it.”
Luckily for them, this probably isn’t the first time that an inexperienced Ferrari customer crashed a car on a test drive.
