A super car goes for a swim.
As an automotive dealership employee, your absolute worst fear is getting into an accident with a customer’s vehicle. Especially if it’s an expensive car. And especially if it’s a new Porsche 911 GT3 RS with fresh decals.
Well, that’s exactly what happened to a mechanic at a dealership in Amsterdam with a beautiful display right on the water.
According to the AT5 website, a mechanic had “made a mistake” while moving the Porsche 911 GT3 RS and it went right into the water. Luckily, the display had a slope into the water so that it wasn’t a complete vertical drop. This prevented the car from completely becoming submerged.

Unfortunately, the car had been sold and given a fresh set of eye-catching graphics. The owner was then contacted to come and see the damage. We can only imagine how that meeting went…
