Tesla has been making waves in the automotive world with their electric vehicles that aren’t your usual bland and boring flavors of zero-emissions driving. They have performance, style, and luxury and a drag coefficient that slips through air. Downforce is often lost as a result of having a lower drag coefficient, so RevoZport fixed that with their R-Zentric Tesla Model S aerodynamic kit.
The new RevoZport R-Zentric aerodynamic kit is designed to fit all of the OEM components without modifications. CAD software was used to ensure the highest quality fitment and specifications. Customers can order the Stage 1 and Stage 2 packages in either polyurethane or carbon fiber, depending on what their desires.
The new RevoZport R-Zentric aerokit includes a front splitter and rear diffuser in the Stage 1 setup. These two components work to generate downforce and optimize aerodynamics at both axles for better stability at higher speeds. In Stage 2, the RevoZport R-Zentric includes the two components in Stage 1 along with a new fender kit that extends about 40 mm outwards and is connected by a pair of side skirts. The newly extended fenders allow for new ultra lightweight Flassen ID forged wheels to be worn in a 9.5J x 22 front and 11.0J x 22 rear setup with corresponding tires. As an option, a carbon fiber or polyurethane rear spoiler can also be fitted.
RevoZport also offers the rear seat passengers of the Tesla Model S a bit of fun and entertainment with their R-Zentric rear console system. The system allows for an iPad mini to be angled behind the seats for watching movies while a velvet-covered recessed area holds mobile devices next to a pair of cup holders. The console setup can be installed in carbon fiber, piano black, black leather, and more.
The RevoZport R-Zentric Stage 1 package for the Tesla Model S starts at $1,685 for the polyurethane construction and $3,315 for the carbon. The Stage 2 package is priced at $2,845 and $5,690 for the polyurethane and carbon, respectively. The 22-inch Klassen wheels are available for $11,000.
