One fast Ferrari.
At the end of May, Ferrari held their Racing Days at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. One of, if not the, main attraction during the weekend was former F1 driver, Marc Gene, driving Rubens Barrichello’s old 2003 F1 car around the famous track.
The 2003 F1 car boasts a V-10 with a screaming 19,000 RPM redline producing 930 horsepower for a race car that weighs a mere 1,334 lbs. – that’s a formula for fast. Gene was able to set an impressive lap record of 1:05.78 around Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, giving us all a lesson in speed.
