Because it’s all about making an impact.
In world where getting attention is key, Hamann Motorsport is standing out from the crowd thanks to their latest creation: the widebody Range Rover Evoque Convertible. The drop-top SUV gets all the good stuff from a more prominent body to a range of forged wheels and even a power boost, creating a perfect selfie backdrop.
The new Hamann Motorsport Range Rover Evoque Convertible comes after the successful launch of the widebody coupe. The changes start up front, where the SUV gains a new front skirt that visually lowers the bumper and adds more road presence. A two-part grille is flanked by two air intakes and new fiber-optic daytime running lights that match the factory LEDs.
But the real star of the show is the new extended fenders connected by side skirts at the front and rear of the Hamann Motorsport Range Rover Evoque. The new extensions add 70 mm up front and 80 mm at the rear to the SUV’s width, creating a commanding, athletic presence. A new rear skirt houses a centrally-mounted sport exhaust that customers can get in either a black or silver anodized finish.
Filling in those broad fenders of the Hamann Motorsport Range Rover Evoque Convertible are a range of monoblock and multi-piece forged wheels. Customers can order the wheels in a range of sizes and finishes to go with a wide variety of exterior colors and tastes.
While the Range Rover Evoque Convertible is more of a boulevard cruiser than a sports car, Hamann Motorsport did give it some added punch to match its new looks. Customers with the 2.0-liter TD4 engines see their 150- or 180-horsepower factory engines grow to 181- and 210-horsepower, respectively. The upgrade package is relatively basic, but provides a noticeable increase in thrust thanks to an auxiliary ECU for the ignition map optimization. The gasoline Si4 engine gets boosted from 240 horsepower and 250 lb-ft. in factory spec to a healthy 260 horsepower and 291 lb-ft.
As an added benefit, all of the parts on the Hamann Motorsport Range Rover Evoque Convertible come standard with a Certificate of Authenticity with DIN A6 format. A special protected hologram makes it forgery safe in case others decide to copy the styling of the widebody SUV.
