It’s all about the power!
While the 2016 Hennessey Performance Venom GT will likely be sitting in the spotlight at the 2015 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, there’s two other supercharged Fords that should garner quite a bit of interest as well from the Texas tuner. The 2016 HPE750 Supercharged Ford Mustang Convertible and 2016 VelociRaptor 650 Supercharged Ford F-150 Pick-up truck pack all the performance, power, and presence that you’ll ever need on the asphalt or in the dirt.
The 2016 HPE750 Supercharged Ford Mustang Convertible is a perfect muscle car drop-top. The 5.0-liter V-8 engine was outfitted with a new supercharger setup giving up 9 PSI of boost pressure for a total of 774 horsepower. That’s good enough to send it to 60 mph from rest in 3.2 seconds, and enough to make it the first and only 2015 Mustang to reach a verified speed in excess of 200 mph.
In addition to the massive power boost, the 2016 HPE750 Supercharged Ford Mustang benefits from a Hennessey CarbonAero package that includes a front splitter, side sills, and rear lip spoiler for better downforce and stability. New Brembo racing brakes at the front and rear axles work with the new Hennessey H10 lightweight alloy wheels shod in grippy Michelin Pilot Super Sport rubbers.
On the other end of the spectrum is the 2016 Hennessey Performance VelociRaptor 650 Supercharged Ford F-150. The 5.0-liter V-8 engine here was given a supercharger setup generating 7 PSI of boost pressure to produce a mighty 650 horsepower. That’s good for a 4.9-second 0-60 mph acceleration time.
Off-road performance was a priority, with the VelociRaptor 650. The suspension was beefed up with a Fox suspension upgrade kit while new 20-inch Hennessey Performance wheels and tires were added. New fender flares, skid plates, and heavy duty front and rear bumpers were also added to showcase the purpose for the mighty off-roader.

The new Hennessey Performance 2016 HPE750 Supercharged Ford Mustang Convertible and VelociRaptor 650 Supercharged Ford F-150 will be available from the Texas tuning company for the 2016-model year.
