Burnouts and drifting are really fun, especially when you get to show off a bit in front of your friends in an empty parking lot. Blowing up your engine while doing so, however, is a great way to become a joke that people will remember for years to come.
In an empty parking lot, this guy with a Hyundai Genesis 2.0T decided to show off and do as many burnouts as he could sustain. The only problem was that the Genesis Coupe’s 2.0-liter turbocharged engine couldn’t handle the throttle being pinned to the floor for such extended periods of time, and decided to explode. So much for showing off.
In the end it was all okay, because this guy got a high-five out of it!
