An even trade, right?
Craigslist is the source for all sorts of wonderfully odd classifieds from around the United States. This one however is a bit further out there than your average ‘Missed Connections’ or ‘Cars+Trucks’ listing.
An owner of a private island in the city of Port Orange, Florida is looking to trade their piece of property for a Ferrari Enzo supercar on Craigslist. According to the seller, the island has been surveyed and is a buildable property that spans three acres. The island is reportedly worth $1.2 million as well and listed on their website at IslandForSaleByOwner.com.
The island is only accessible by boat and is recommended for use as a place for your next dream home or island resort with a 1.81-acre buildable portion.
Trading this for a Ferrari Enzo is a bit of an interesting proposition. Many of the Ferrari Enzos that are currently being sold are commanding prices upwards of $1.1 million, and reaching up to $6.2 million. So, it could be a fair trade, but most likely, it isn’t.
