The team at A Kahn Design loves to make automotive fashion statements with their wide range of vehicles. Their latest creation, the Defender 2.2 TDCI SW 90 Chelsea Wide Track, has all of the rugged and tough looks with a certain elegance that’s always at home on the boulevard.
The new A Kahn Design Defender 2.2 TDCI SW 90 has a commanding presence thanks to its newly-installed Chelsea Wide Track wide wheel arch kit and volcanic black satin body with nara bronze roof. Staring ahead is a new stainless steel front bumper replacement with integrated lights, LED diamond bright headlights, and aluminum front sump guard. The centerpiece of the front fascia is a new X-Lander grille that slots right in with the Land Rover’s factory mounting points and offers up a new custom-colored look.
Elsewhere, the Land Rover Defender 2.2 TDCI has a more powerful look thanks to matte black hood and side vents along with some additional mesh stainless steel hood vents. Special tron lighting and crystal LED lights, and new side repeaters help to light up the night in style while Kahn badging is positioned across the body and letting sits prominently at the front fascia. At the rear sits a Chelsea Truck company spare wheel cover and a new twin crosshair stainless steel exhaust with additional exhaust shields for a more aggressive look. To complete the exterior look, A Kahn Design installed a set of their Mondial wheels in a large 9.0 x 20 fitment with a nara bronze finish to complement the roof.
Inside, passengers will be treated to a wealth of custom-tailored options. Perforated and quilted nappa leather adorns the front and rear sport GTB seats with contrasting silver stitching. Leather is also worn by the roof grab handles, instrument binnacle, and a center glovebox while quilted and perforated leather in black can be found on the door cards, passenger dashboard top and grab handle, rear passenger knee protectors, and rear door handle and panel. A Kahn Design also gave the Land Rover Defender an alcantara roofliner, side panels, sun visors, and B-pillars.
In addition to the soft new materials, A Kahn Design helps add to the overall driving experience with a host of new upgrades. The driver can enjoy a billet and leather steering wheel along with a red tachometer fascia, vented foot pedals in machined aluminum, and Alpine satellite navigation. Chelsea Truck Company door entry sill plates combines with the new carpeting and hard-wearing rear mats to make the lower-half of the interior special. A Churchill time clock fascia in red is the centerpiece of the dashboard while LED lights help illuminate the other end of the SUV’s cabin.
The new A Kahn Design Land Rover 2.2 TDCI SW 90 Chelsea Wide Track can be purchased as an entire vehicle or customers can opt to mix and match the aforementioned upgrades along with others to create their own custom-tailored SUV.
