Crazy Cart Time!
We have to thank Ken Block quite a bit for his Gymkhana videos and the acts of Hooniganism that they’ve inspired around the world. Probably the best tribute to the tire-shredding ballet is Ken Box – a Crazy Cart driving “Hooisken” wearing a box with Ken Block’s Ford rally car adorning all four sides.
The second Ken Box video is a brilliantly coordinated and directed scene where Ken Box outruns his gorilla adversary using all sorts of tire-shredding techniques. The same exhaust notes, squealing tires, and even helicopter blade sounds echo throughout the film in a perfect tribute to Ken Block’s Gymkhana videos.
