The Lamborghini Gallardo might be old news in the supercar world, but the team at Reiter Engineering has ten that are making headlines. The Reiter Engineering Extenso R-Ex is a hardcore, carbon fiber racing version of the Gallardo that is absolutely insane.
Based on the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 GT3 FL2, the new Reiter Engineering Extenso R-Ex is an utterly crazy version of the already crazy racecar. The team was able to cut weight down to 2,590 lbs., increase the overall width, add more downforce, and increase the overall grip to create a monster on the track.
Reiter Engineering will only build 10 of these bad boys to make sure there are enough checkered flags for others around the world to win too. This is what awesome sounds like.
