One mean bi-turbo machine.
The Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG packs quite a punch in stock form and isn’t afraid to release 518 horsepower and 520 lb-ft. of torque from its 5.5-liter bi-turbo V-8 engine on unsuspecting pavement. But the team at RENNtech believed that it was missing a bit of snarl, so they designed a new downpipe system that replaces the stock exhaust and reduces backpressure.
The result? One mean four-door coupe that growls down the road and unleashes some pretty incredible performance when combined with the company’s ECU tune.
