There’s so much to like about the new Ford GT. Everything from top to bottom, inside and out is all that you could ask for with the newest-generation of the iconic super car. At the 2016 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, one of the new Ford GT Heritage Editions was on display and boy did it sound fantastic.
After starting up and emitting a bit of smoke, the twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 purrs with a rumble that foreshadows its performance capabilities. Thankfully, the driver decides to give a few blips of the throttle to entertain the crowd gathering behind the beast. The whir of the turbochargers and the viciousness of the V-6 gets us all tingly on the inside.
