Sleek, wide, low, and powerful.
In a world where looks mean everything, Mansory has made the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 into a star thanks to its aggressive widebody design. While the GLE-Class already captures attention with its four-door coupe styling as a crossover, the Mansory widebody version of the AMG variant is like turning your speakers up to 11.
The Mansory transformation is more than just a simple nip-and-tuck procedure with the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63. The extreme nature is instantly recognizable through the extended front and rear fenders that protrude outwards by an extra 30 mm compared to the stock counterparts. Carbon fiber makes up the front spoiler and larger air intakes bordered by the new LED daytime running lights. A lightweight carbon fiber hood with vents and sculpted lines helps keep the powerful motor cool enough to work its magic.
Sitting between those brawny fenders on the Mansory Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 are specially designed side skirts that redirect air away from the rear wheels. To keep the monster planted to the asphalt, Mansory installed a new tailgate spoiler and a rear diffuser with integrated trapezoidal exhaust outlets.
Filling out the beefy fender extensions are new Mansory Spider forged wheels measuring 11.0 x 23 at the front and rear axles with 305/35/23 tires. The ultralight alloys were designed to handle the weight and power developed by the AMG-bred crossover and its athletic capabilities. That athleticism is also given a boost thanks to the Mansory pneumatic suspension lowering module that can the ride height by up to 30 mm.
While looks are important, it’s what’s on the inside of the Mansory Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 that really counts. The hand-built 5.5-liter, twin-turbocharged V-8 engine gained a new sports air filter, sports exhaust, and software ECU tune. While that might not sound like a lot, the upgrades yield a whopping 829 horsepower and 848 lb-ft. of torque. That also pushes back the top speed an additional 28 mph over the standard model.
The cabin is also a sporty yet comfortable place to be thanks to the Mansory upholstery department. Here, the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 was given a custom-tailored leather interior with contrasting stitching as well as carbon fiber trim. A new ergonomic sports steering wheel in carbon fiber and white leather sits front-and-center while new pedals and floor mats dominate below the beltline.
The new Mansory Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 is currently available as a complete upgrade program.
