The “Pink Panther” of the AMG Performance Studio.
The AMG Performance Studio has made some pretty exciting one-off customizations of Mercedes-Benz AMG models. Their latest work is an A 45 AMG nicknamed “Erika” that has a sinister pink attitude and the performance to back it all up.
The A 45 AMG “Erika” has a clean stain black exterior paint with a special pink line running from the front headlights towards the rear, ending in a heartbeat-shaped graphic. The same pink color is worn on the lower portion of the side mirrors, the front grille surrounds, and the ends of the rear spoiler. The matching black-finished AMG wheels also have pink striping around the rim and the center cap.
The interior of the Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG “Erika” also has the same mean pink attitude. The front and rear seats have special pink inserts along each side bolster and the air vents have pink surrounds. The AMG door entry sills have pink lettering and the door panels feature pink stitching along with the steering wheel. Even the carpets have pink borders to contrast the black interior.
Even though the satin black and pink Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG might be considered a bit feminine because of the color scheme, it still has the potent 355 horsepower and 332 lb-ft. of torque output from a big set of cojones under the hood.
The Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG “Erika” is only a one-off model produced by the AMG Performance Studio to showcase the kinds of exciting builds they’re capable of creating. The A 45 AMG can also be outfitted with all sorts of performance goodies from the Studio inside and out. Erika just goes to show they have a flavor to suit anyone’s tastes.
