How beautifully evil.
Sometimes there are cars that sound like they’ve been pulled from the depths of hell and thrown on the racetrack with the lone goal of destroying anything in its path. The Mercedes-Benz W25 is one of those cars and its supercharged inline-eight cylinder engine will rip your face off.
The W25 was a Grand Prix racer born in 1934 and was used until 1937. During that time, the front-engined car was powered by a roots-driven straight-eight that displaced anywhere from 3.4- all the way up to 4.7-liters. Its supercharger screams and its cylinders roar, in a terrifying display of vintage power.
Strap on your seatbelts and crank the volume!
