A tad pricey, but tax is included!
If you’re still thinking about getting a Ferrari LaFerrari, don’t bother going to your local Ferrari dealership. All 499 examples of the newest hybrid hypercar from Maranello have been sold by Ferrari, but that doesn’t mean you can’t throw down some serious dough for one.
The first Ferrari LaFerrari popped up for sale on the German auction website, SEMCO GmbH, and it’s not just your “average” LaFerrari – it’s the first one produced. Being that it is the first up for auction and the first model produced, it’s going to cost quite a bit more than the $1.4 million that the Italian automaker was asking.
Currently the first Ferrari LaFerrari is priced at a whopping 2.38 million Euros including 19-percent VAT. That converts to roughly $3.2 million USD for the hybrid hypercar.
That much money for the 950 horsepower hybrid may be a little extreme, but it may turn out to be a worthwhile investment considering it has the “1/499” plaque proudly on display.
