A Range Rover with some Cosworth DNA.
The Cosworth name is seen often with A Kahn Design models. It’s a legend in the automotive world and has quite the history to go along with it in the racing and consumer markets. One of the more popular models to bear this name in the Kahn Design lineup is the Ranger Rover RS300 Cosworth Edition, but never before has it worn the special Bali Blue paint.
Aside from the vibrant Bali Blue paint turning heads, the Range Rover RS300 Cosworth also sports an aggressive ten-piece widebody kit that drastically changes the character of the SUV from something of a luxury cruiser to a dynamic powerhouse. Up front sits a new extended chin spoiler flanked by two vertical LED daytime running lights integrated into each of the extended fenders. A 3-D mesh kit sits inside the RS grille and sits below a large “KAHN” badge at the front of the hood. New sills, matte grey door handles and fender vents decorate each side of the SUV, and run towards the rear where the newly widened fenders sit. The rear is finished off with a special tailgate logo and all of the windows are tinted dark to hide occupants from prying eyes.
The Cosworth name isn’t limited to just an exterior transformation in the RS300, the engine and chassis also benefit from their rich history. The engine was given the Cosworth touch with a modified supercharger, ECU tune, and stainless steel quad exhaust system to push the total output to 300 bhp. The factory wheel setup was also replaced with new Kahn Cosworth RS wheels in a larger 9.5 x 22 front and 10.0 x 22 rear fitment with original center caps and liquid red-finished brake calipers.
Inside is a special mix of luxury and sport that features a limitless array of custom-tailored extras. An eight-piece trim set decorates the dashboard and fascia while quilted and perforated black leather with contrasting stitching adorns all of the seats. The same leather design also is worn by all of the door panel tops while the instrument binnacle and glove box feature quilted leather for that extra touch of luxury. A Swarovski diamond bezel surrounds the Cosworth blue clock at the center of the dashboard while a Cosworth yellow tachometer and Cosworth blue speedometer display information to the driver. Below the waistline sits black charcoal floor mats, Cosworth stainless steel door entry sill plates and Cosworth vented and machined aluminum foot pedals.
All of the upgrades including the Bali Blue exterior paint are available from A Kahn Design on the new Range Rover RS300 Cosworth edition model. Customers can custom-tailor a wide range of options both inside and out to create a special driving machine.
