Plug-and-Play with the DTE Systems Mercedes-AMG C63!

A quick boost of power!

The classically brutal 6.2-liter naturally-aspirated hammer packed inside the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG may be gone, but the new 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 in the Mercedes-AMG C63 is just as appealing – especially for aftermarket tuning companies like DTE Systems. The German tuner was able to take full advantage of the two snails force-feeding the hand-built V-8 for a big power gain.

DTE Systems Chiptuning worked with the new 4.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V-8 developed by Mercedes-AMG to create a plug-and-play tuning module that produced more power with everyday driving in mind, and then backed it up with a full warranty.

Named the FSR14, the new plug-and-play module optimizes power and torque delivery characteristics with its multi-map technology that utilizes between four and eight pre-determined parameters to increase performance based on driving behavior. The plug-and-play module can be installed in-house or by the customer making for a relatively quick and straightforward access to more power.

After the installation, the factory output is boosted by 116 horsepower and 122 lb-ft. of torque, resulting in a whopping 590 horsepower and 602 lb-ft. of torque for the Mercedes-AMG C63. That’s a massive increase for the rear-wheel drive German sports car and makes you quickly forget about that mighty 6.2-liter predecessor.

The full DTE Systems FSR14 plug-and-play module is currently available for the Mercedes-AMG C63 and comes with full TÜV certification and comprehensive warranty.
