Lighting up the flat-sixes.
If you didn’t get a chance to at least check out a portion of the Goodwood Festival of Speed broadcast live on YouTube last weekend, then you missed out. Thankfully, Porsche has given us a few videos of the two new cars that they showcased there along with a few of their vintage racers that ran to celebrate their latest Le Mans victory.
The wonderful thing about Goodwood is that you can see cars from all throughout history on display and running up the hill. Porsche brought 936, 962C and WSC-95 along with a few others to celebrate their 17 victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
They also brought their newest high-performance sports cars. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS and Cayman GT4 with their roaring flat-six engines, boosted aerodynamics, and tuned chassis each sped through Goodwood’s hill climb course in an effort to showcase their performance.
