A sneak peek at the new horse in the stable.
Vorsteiner is looking to add a new Prancing Horse to its stable with the Ferrari 458 Italia. The new Vorsteiner Ferrari 458 upgrade program has not been released as of yet, but the company has left us with two teaser photos that have us quite excited about what is to come in the near future.
Just like many of the upgrade programs from Vorsteiner, the new package for the Ferrari 458 Italia isn’t an all-out total transformation. The new modifications don’t appear to be subtle either, but complement the original design and character of the Italian super car.
From what we can tell, the Vorsteiner Ferrari 458 Italia wears some pretty sharp and aerodynamic pieces of carbon fiber. The front appears to have a big chin spoiler to create some downforce up front while a pair of side skirts calms airflow around the wheels. The rear features some unique carbon fiber aerodynamic elements such as two fins that correspond with the black accents next to each taillight, and an aggressive diffuser with large fins.
The Vorsteiner Ferrari 458 Italia will also wear a set of in-house VS-310 three-piece forged wheels. The wheels are manufactured using lightweight aerospace-quality T6-6061 aluminum and can accommodate big brake upgrades and factory tire pressure monitoring systems. The three-piece wheels feature a five twin-spoke design with that was inspired by competitive motorsports.
In terms of performance, we expect Vorsteiner to offer a lightweight titanium or stainless steel exhaust system with adjustable valves that will give the mighty 4.5-liter V-8 a high-pitched, motorsports sound and some additional power.
The Vorsteiner Ferrari 458 Italia upgrade program should be released to the public just in time for the summer months.
