The Jeff Andretti Coaching Group with motorsports partner MotoringExposure took part in some high-end motoring to support two outstanding charities at the RC Dolner Exotic Car Show.
The Second Annual RC Dolner Exotic Car Tour saw 185 exotic automobiles ranging from Ferraris and Lamborghinis to Porsches and Corvettes. Headed by Bruno Guarini, RC Dolner Exotic Car Tour president, the event helped raise money for both the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund and University of Michigan Linda Dolce Scleroderma Research Fund. A highlight of the event was the Jeff Andretti Coaching Group driving two powerful American V-8s as special guests of the RC Dolner Exotic Car Tour.
Behind the wheels of two rocket ship V-8s were Jeff Andretti and Kai Goddard, along with Jeff Andretti Coaching Group manager, Lou Frezza. At the helm of the yellow 2010 IVS LS9 Camaro was Jeff Andretti. Provided by new motorsports partner Innovative Vehicle Solutions (IVS) President Scott Ronan and Business Development Manager Adam Moore, the IVS Camaro pumped out an impressive 650 horsepower from a diabolical LS9 engine.
While Jeff piloted the 2010 IVS LS9 Camaro, Kai Goddard was driving an equally impressive maroon 2010 Cadillac CTS-V sedan provided by the Monticello Motor Club premier road racing facility. Dubbed the world’s fastest V-8 production sedan, the 556 horsepower CTS-V will be one of the featured instructor cars during the Monticello Motor Club track days on July 22nd and September 10th with the Jeff Andretti Coaching Group.
The Tour began at the former summer home of King Hassan II of Morocco, the Ninety Acres at Natirar in Gladstone, NJ. The 185-car tour was escorted down closed streets by police and greeted by fans proudly waving checkered and American flags. After passing through Saddle River and Upper Saddle River, the tour made a pit stop at the Edith A. Bogert Elementary School to showcase the cars to the public. The tour then continued on to the Thayer Hotel, where participants were then escorted to the historic West Point Military Academy.
The Second Annual RC Dolner Exotic Car Tour successfully raised money and awareness for both the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund and University of Michigan Linda Dolce Scleroderma Research Fund. Founded in October 2003, the Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund provides College Grants and Financial Assistance to surviving children and spouses of U.S. military service members who have lost their lives in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Dedicated to finding a cure for Scleroderma, University of Michigan Linda Dolce Scleroderma Research Fund is working to find a cure and improve the survival rate and the quality of life for those affected by Scleroderma, a devastating rheumatic disease that causes organ damage and progressive tightening of the skin.
