That definitely left a mark.
The Ferrari 458 Speciale is the pinnacle of the road-legal 458 model line. It’s designed to go as fast as possible around a race track and serve up some razor-sharp handling. It costs a pretty penny, but it is all totally worth it for the hardcore driving experience you get.
The Ferrari 458 Speciale is not something to fool around with as it is an incredible powerful supercar. The 4.5-liter V-8 engine spits out 597 horsepower and 398 lb-ft. of torque while advanced electronics systems and aerodynamics help keep it in line at high speeds. Accelerating to 60 mph comes is achieved in less than three seconds and 125 mph is hit in just 9.1 ticks of the clock.
This Ferrari 458 Speciale driver, didn’t have a good day on public roads. While they were having a blast burning some rubber and hooning around the countryside, they hit a small hill in the road and bottomed out, scraping up that oh-so-beautiful carbon fiber diffuser.
Granted, it’s not as bad as the Ferrari 458 Speciale that crashed on the track, but it’s not going to be a fun thing to repair.
