The coupe craze is in full effect these days with luxury automakers and the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe is just another example in the long-line of vehicles that have a sleek four-door shape. The team at A.R.T. Tuning is taking the crossover SUV one step further in terms of style, performance, and comfort with their new GE Coupe program.
The new A.T.R. GE Coupe features a full aerodynamic body kit from front to the rear, starting with a new front spoiler flanked by air vents to create the impression of speed. The new two-dome trim pieces for the hood emphasize power while dual front fender attachments with the A.R.T. Tuning logo help distinguish the SUV. An eight-part door trim set complements the more aggressive styling along with the two rear skirt attachments and diffuser with dual tailpipes. A rear spoiler and roof spoiler combo helps to generate downforce for those high-speed moments experienced by the new GE Coupe. Each part can also be given custom-colored finishes and coatings if owners desire.
Part of the visual upgrades on the A.R.T. GE Coupe come in the form of new forgeART1 wheels. The 11.0 x 23, 12-spoke wheels wear a gunpowder finish and come shod in 305/35 R23 tires. Customers can also choose from a range of other styles and sizes as an option as well. New A.R.T. sport springs can make the fitment even more exciting thanks to an overall lowering of 30 mm at the front and rear axles. Upgraded braking systems can also be installed upon request.
In terms of power, A.R.T. Tuning offers a new upgrade program for the 3.0-liter turbodiesel V-6 engine in the GLE Coupe. The upgrade pushes output to 310 horsepower and 516 lb-ft. of torque for a more thrilling drive.
Inside, A.R.T. Tuning’s GE Coupe features customized leather, alcantara, and carbon fiber furnishings complete with new floor mats and other accessories to make driving an enjoyable experience.
The new A.R.T. Tuning GE Coupe is available as an entire package or individual accessories for the C292-generation Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe models.
