The Chelsea Truck Company understands that the Land Rover Defender will always be synonymous with off-roading and their latest Land Rover Defender 2.2 TDCI XS 110 Double Cab Pick Up – Chelsea Wide Track reflects this.
The big, bad double-cab pick-up design of the Defender is perfect for going anywhere over any kind of terrain. The Corris Grey paint and Satin black roof with stainless steel hood, side vents, and side steps makes quite the brawny impression, especially when the extended fenders with exposed bolt apertures come into play. A new Chelsea Truck Company spare wheel cover at the rear keeps the extra wheel tidy and clean.
Up front, the Land Rover Defender 2.2 TDCI XS 110 Double Cab Pick Up – Chelsea Wide Track sports a new set of shadow chrome headlights above a new bumper with integrated daytime running lights. A color-matched X-Lander front grille and lower sump guard – both with red accents – add to the purpose of the SUV.
The red accents didn’t stop there either. A new set of 1939 Retro wheels in an 8.5 x 19 front and rear setup wear the same contrasting red paint along with 275/55/20 tires. New mud flaps sit behind for that more rugged look. A new stainless steel cross-hair exhaust system makes its presence known as it protrudes beneath the rear bumper.
Inside, the Chelsea Truck Company team kept things relatively simple. The seats were swapped out for new Sports GTB seats wearing black leather and alcantara with contrasting stitching that extends to the center console and other parts of the interior. A new Kahn billet aluminum steering wheel and aluminum foot pedals add to the driving experience along with a new Churchill time clock.
