Turning it all up a notch… or ten.
Mansory is no stranger to making outrageous super cars from styling to power. The new Mansory 4XX Siracusa is no different and is the second model to bear the ‘Siracusa’ name. Based on the Ferrari 488 GTB, the new model is a hardcore, carbon fiber clad interpretation of speed and performance from the German company.
At its debut at the 2016 Geneva International Motor Show, the Mansory 4XX Siracusa was showcased in a yellow and black color scheme and lots of carbon fiber. Up front, the rounded, Italian design was sharpened with a new spoiler with integrated intakes along with vibrant daytime running lights. Carbon fiber is also shown on the front fenders as vents, mirror housings, side skirts, and engine intakes on the rear fenders. A new rear fascia on the Mansory 4XX Siracusa includes a dual rear spoiler and diffuser combination that optimizes downforce. Special vents also extract hot air from the engine compartment for better overall performance.
Continuing the hardcore performance look of the Mansory 4XX Siracusa are forged alloy wheels with the same black finish and yellow highlights as the exterior. The staggered 9.0 x 20 front and 12.0 x 21 rear wheels are shod in high-performance 255/30/20 and 325/25/21 tires for loads of grip. The suspension was also geared just for the car with four progressively-wound lowering springs reducing ride height by 20 mm for an improved center of gravity.
Sitting behind the cockpit of the Mansory 4XX Siracusa is the Ferrari 488 GTB’s 3.9-liter, twin-turbocharged V-8 that’s been given a healthy boost. The force-fed motor was strapped with a new exhaust system and re-tuned with a software program to produce a whopping 790 bhp at 8,000 RPM and 561 lb-ft. of torque at 3,000 RPM.
That insane amount of power is enough to send the Mansory 4XX Siracusa to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds, on to a 212 mph top speed.
The Mansory 4XX Siracusa oozes performance and flash from every pore, including the interior. Color-coordinated custom leather and stitching is worn by every interior component with the ‘4XX’ logos on the seats, floor mats, and door sills. Carbon fiber and leather are both worn on the new steering wheel and center console for a high-end, high-performance look and feel.
The new Mansory 4XX Siracusa based on the Ferrari 488 GTB is currently available as a complete car conversion. Pricing has not been released.
