Zee German Frankenstein!
We’ve seen some pretty insane builds where regular cars get super car engine transplants and become “ultimate sleepers”, but this MkIV Volkswagen Golf with a modified Audi RS 6 engine is just utter insanity.
Built by GOGI Racing, the twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V-10 from a previous-generation Audi RS 6 was taken and inserted into your everyday MKIV Volkswagen Golf. What’s better is that the V-10 was modified to produce 1,267 horsepower, which is more than enough to rip a hole in time and space with the Volkswagen.
While this may be a “sleeper”, there’s nothing subtle about it from the exhaust stacks protruding from to the completely torn apart dashboard. That uncensored exhaust note doesn’t exactly help its sleeper status either. But then again, who the hell cares? It’s a freaking Volkswagen with a 1,267-HP Audi RS 6 V-10 engine!
