The Ferrari LaFerrari and Lamborghini Sesto Elemento are two cars that you’re not going to come across often, and you probably won’t ever see them in the same place at the same time either. Seeing two race is an ever rarer sight but that’s exactly what happened on this road in Qatar.
In the left lane we have a yellow Ferrari LaFerrari that churns out 950 bhp and 664 lb-ft. of torque from its 6.3-liter V-12 and KERS hybrid setup. That’s good for a top speed of 217 mph and a 0-186 mph time of 15 seconds.
In the right lane is a Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. The supercar is a true study in lightweight construction as it tips the scales at just 2,202 lbs. Pair that up with a 570 horsepower, 400 lb-ft. of torque output from the 5.2-liter V-10 engine and you have some serious acceleration potential with 62 mph coming in just 2.5 seconds. Only 20 were ever made, so this is a very rare automobile next to the LaFerrari.
At first, it looks as though the Sesto Elemento gets a head start, but the LaFerrari catches up and eventually beats it down the straightaway.
