Snap, crackle, and pop!
The F40 is one of the most iconic road-going Ferrari models of all-time. Its twin-turbocharged 2.9-liter, mid-mounted V-8 engine; Kevlar, carbon fiber, and aluminum body panels; and optimized aerodynamics made it a car of the future during its production run from 1987-92.
This Ferrari F40 is pretty special. It has raced in the GT Championship and has all sorts of goodies such as magnesium OZ Racing wheels and F40 Competition brakes. One of the most noticeable and enjoyable modifications however is the Tubi exhaust system.
Armed with about 600 horsepower, the Tubi-equipped Ferrari F40 strapped on some GoPro cameras and went for a lap around Modena for our enjoyment.
