Conquering the ‘Ring before it ends production.
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG production is coming to an end and we’re very sad to see it go. But, before its Final Edition is unveiled, its Black Series variant went out with quite a bang on the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
It seems as though all the automakers are putting out lap times for their sports cars around the Nürburgring, but we’re totally fine with that. One of the latest to complete the lap and rack up a very fast time was the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series Coupe. The 631 horsepower 6.2-liter V-8 engine sounds like some evil monster from the depths of hell as it barks around the ‘Ring, compelling the tires to hold on for dear life.
The supercar was able to complete the lap in just 7:25.67, which is very impressive and beats the likes of the Ferrari 458 Italia and McLaren MP4-12C.
It sounds evil and we could watch/listen to this all day.
