Audi offers their R8 super car in various forms that are suited for a variety of situations. From cruising to racing and open-top driving, there’s an R8 suited for you. WheelsandMore has taken two of the high-performance V10 models to the next level of style and power with their new straightforward upgrade program.
The first model to receive the good stuff was the Audi R8 V10 Plus Coupe. The mid-engined super car was given a special matte blue wrap to match the finish of the new WheelsandMore F.I.W.E. (forged innovative wheel engineering) three-piece wheel. The matte black and blue-striped wheels measure 9.5 x 20 up front and 12.0 x 20 at the rear with an ultraconcave depth. Grippier 255/30/20 front and 305/25/20 Continental Sport Contact 5P tires ensure that the quattro all-wheel drive system never runs out of traction.
In the opposite corner is the color-coordinated Audi R8 V10 Spyder. A special orange metallic wrap covers the entire body and matches the finish of the newly-installed 6Sporz² forged wheels. WheelsandMore fitted their multi-piece forged rollers in a staggered 9.5 x 20 front and 11.0 x 20 rear setup with 245/30/20 and 295/25/20 Continental Sport Contact 5P tires.
But style wasn’t the only thing that WheelsandMore gave to both Audi R8 models. Each of the 5.2-liter V-10 engines gained a new valve-flap exhaust system, carbon-frame air filter, and a custom-tailored software tune for the ECU. The result is a total of 620 horsepower and 435 lb-ft. of torque to tear up the road and the track.
