When the Ferrari F12Berlinetta was first unveiled, it was the fastest and most powerful super car to roll of the factory line in Maranello, Italy, ever. Then the LaFerrari came along and stole both honors. If you’re not one of the ultra-exclusive few to be able to drive the hybrid hypercar, don’t fret because WheelandMore has a treat in store for you with their new F12Berlinetta upgrade program.
While it doesn’t involve all sorts of hardcore hardware and lengthy upgrade processes, the WheelsandMore Ferrari F12Berlinetta has all the right stuff, starting below the beltline. WheelsandMore opted to install a staggered forged wheel setup to emphasize the rear wheel drive layout of the super car and grab attention.
The stars of the show are the in-house 6Sporz² three-piece forged alloy wheels that are actually lighter than their factory counterparts, leading to an increase of overall performance for the F12Berlinetta. Up front, the new 6Sporz² wheels measure a large 9.5 x 21 fitment while the rear comes in at a massive 12.5 x 22. Both pairs of wheels wear slick Pirelli tires measuring 255/30/21 up front and 335/25/22 at the rear. A smooth matte finish with red outer striping creates an eye-catching stance.
Under the hood, the mighty 6.3-liter, naturally-aspirated V-12 engine gains a few goodies from WheelsandMore. The Ferrari F12Berlinetta can be outfitted with a new set of valve-controlled rear mufflers and an ECU software tune that allows drivers to alter the volume of their V-12 crescendo. The engine gains an extra 45 horsepower and 30 lb-ft. of torque for a grand total of 785 horsepower and 538 lb-ft. of torque.
Although the list of modifications isn’t extensive for the Ferrari F12Berlinetta, WheelsandMore still manages to change the character of the Italian super car for the better.
